When I was 10, my family moved to Saint Augustine, FL where my dad pastored a church. Every time family or friends would come visit, my family would take them on a tour of our Oldest City...the Old Fort, The Oldest School House, The Jailhouse, St. George Street, The Fountain of Youth. It got old quick so I never much appreciated our little city.
During my trip to visit my parents in May, a high school classmate saw that I was in Florida and asked if I had time to take her daughter's senior photos. The timing worked out and I ended up photographing TWO senior sessions in my old City. I saw the beauty of old Saint Augustine that I never really appreciated as a kid. And I got to end both sessions on St. Augustine Beach! What a treat.
Today's Senior Spotlight is Piper. Piper's confidence and smile show in her natural way in front of the camera. Piper, I am SO thrilled that I was able to photograph your senior photos! It was truly a pleasure!
High School: Bartram Trail High School
Activities: Church Worship, FCCLA, Choir, Student Council
Work and Volunteer Work: Work at both a retail store and hair salon. Volunteers as a middle school tutor.
What are your future plans? I would like to attend FSU and major in psychology while obtaining a degree in secondary education.
Here's what Piper had to say about her session: "My session was a blast! I loved how I was able to really have fun with the photos during the session at locations that had a personal connection to me."
Here are some sights around Saint Augustine along with a beach sunrise that I shared with my daughter Bella and my mom. A morning I'll never forget.
